The photos I ordered were shipped, but I did not get the photo buttons. Where is the rest of the order?
Photos and specialty items (i.e. photo buttons, mouse pads, t-shirts, etc) are processed by different companies and will arrive in separate packages.

I received an email of my order being shipped, but it has not arrived. Could you please advise on the status of my order?
Orders are shipped based on the method you choose when checking out. In most cases, photos are delivered within 5 business days, unless a faster delivery method is selected. Specialty products (i.e. photo buttons, t-shirts, mouse pads, etc) are shipped separately from the photos. In our experience with shipment of photos, delays have only occurred because of holidays, extended weekends, customer entered their address incorrectly or carrier delivered to the wrong address. In all cases, the photos were delivered. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or misdirected packages, but will help locate the package if we can. We do not have any more pull or tracking insight to the Postal Service than you might.

I don't trust entering my credit card information on the Internet. Is there another way to process the order?
Yes! Simply download and fill out this order form with the Photo IDs, your credit card information and your mailing address. Once filled out, send the order form to: Daniel Fermaint Photography, 4421 Creekstone Drive, Plano, Texas 75093. We will review the order and advise you when the order has been processed and shipped.

Can I pay by Check?
To pay by check, download and fill out this order form with the Photo IDs along with a check for the total. The order and check should be mailed to: Daniel Fermaint Photography, 4421 Creekstone Drive, Plano, Texas 75093. We will need to know where to send the photos and appx 5 business days are required for the check to clear before the order is processed and shipped. There is a $25 fee on returned checks.

Why are shipping charges so high?
Shipping charges are set by the USPS according to their rate tables for shipments between the professional photo lab in California and your home. You have the option First Class, Priority and Overnight shipping.

Do you make the prints locally?
Prints are processed by a professional photo lab in California, while large (i.e. poster size) prints are processed from a professional photo lab in Dallas. The labs are used to ensure you get the best quality, than to receive prints from a consumer end inkjet printer. Specialty products (i.e. photo buttons, mouse pads, t-shirts, etc) are processed by other vendors altogether and have slightly different processing times than photos.

What's the turn around time on an order?
Expect 1-2 calendar days to edit and print the images, and 3-5 business days shipping. If you're ordering big enlargements please select Priority Mail or better over First Class mail because Priority Mail and faster methods of shipping handle big enlargements better than First Class mail, and they provide package tracking. If you're ordering just a few 4x6's, First Class mail should be sufficient. Specialty products (i.e. photo buttons, mouse pads, t-shirts, etc) are processed by other vendors altogether and have slightly different processing times than photos prior to being shipped.
